How I use your information.

When you contact me through this website, I receive the name, email address and message you choose to provide. I use this information only to respond to your enquiry and discuss whether we might work together.

I do not use website enquiries for marketing or sell your information. This website uses Google Analytics in a cookieless mode to count visits in aggregate; it does not set analytics or advertising cookies and I cannot identify individual visitors from it.

I keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed for communication, professional record keeping and any legal or insurance obligations that apply to my practice. I take reasonable steps to protect it and limit access.

You may ask what information I hold about you, request a correction or raise a concern by emailing ksenia@moretoittherapy.co.uk. You may also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

This notice covers initial website enquiries. If we agree to work together, I will provide further information about confidentiality and therapeutic records.
