Psychosynthesis is interested in the different aspects of ourselves that develop over time, often for very good reasons. One aspect may want change while another resists it. You may know exactly what you “should” do and still find yourself repeating the same pattern.
In therapy, we can get curious about these different aspects rather than judging or trying to get rid of them. We might explore where they came from, what they have been protecting, and what happens when you are able to relate to them differently.
Psychosynthesis also leaves room for questions of meaning, identity and who you are becoming, not only what has happened to you in the past.
Yes. I see clients on weekdays, including early mornings and evenings, and on Saturday mornings. We find a regular weekly time that fits around your work and life.
Both. I see clients in person a few minutes from London Bridge station, and online by video. Some clients combine the two. We can talk through what would suit you best during your introductory call.
It is a phone call with no obligation to continue. You tell me a little about what brings you to therapy, ask anything you like, and get a sense of how it feels to talk. If I am not the right fit, I will help you think about what might suit you better.
Book a free introductory call online, or send me a message. If we decide to work together, we agree a regular weekly time and a fee, and begin. There is nothing to prepare, and you do not need to arrive with a clear explanation.
Still wondering? The easiest way to find out is a free 15 minute phone call. There is nothing to prepare and no obligation to continue.
